California hasn’t yet launched state-regulated online poker rooms, although major gambling companies and activists are constantly trying to push for legislation. The Golden State’s land-based gambling operations pay over $500 million to Californian players every year, which only shows how popular gambling is in the area.
As soon as the politicians realize the potential online gambling could bring to the economy, they’re surely going to legalize this widely popular pastime.
