US poker player Ethan “Rampage” Yau is getting ready for what could be the summer’s biggest prop bet.

The player is putting his money where his mouth is in preparation for the highly anticipated 2024 World Series of Poker, and he’s encouraging “chat pros” to join in.

The player, who scooped up $2,462,346 in total live earnings, a 129 GPI rank, one WSOP bracelet, and two WPT wins, has addressed a special challenge to his doubters on social media platform X.

“Chat Pros, Your Time to Step Up and Put Your Money Where Your Twitter Thumbs Are”

The poker vlogger who isn’t afraid to gamble for massive stakes tweeted his new “idea for WSOP prop bet”, asking users if they would be interested in “fading” him and his entire schedule.

Rampage added that he is “0/2 in profitable summers lifetime and looking to make things interesting” by boosting his exposure two times, with the fader acting as the casino.

He then went ahead and explained the details of the prop bet, explaining

If I brick a 5K, I lose extra 5K on top within prop bet. If I min cash a 5K for 9K, I’ll profit an extra 4K. Winning a 5K for $300K~ then I profit 295K.

Yau explained he was searching for action for his entire schedule or capped to a certain buy-in amount, asking chat pros to “step up” and put their money where their Twitter thumbs are.

The five-time World Series of Poker Circuit ring champion has a YouTube channel that counts close to 300,000 subscribers, most of whom are OG fans who have been with him from the beginning.

However, he also has his fair share of detractors who claim he does not belong at the high stakes that he plays.

It is this category of subscribers and followers that Rampage is inviting to prove they are right, as long as they are prepared to do some gambling.
