Over the years, plenty of poker pros have launched their respective podcasts or vlogs which serve as an avenue for them to impart their knowledge to aspiring players, discuss the latest happenings in the poker world, and connect with their fans and followers.
The latest to hop on the trend is top female poker pro Liv Boeree, one of the most successful female poker players of all time.
Boeree recently announced the upcoming launch of her podcast called “Win-Win”, which is an exploration of competition not only in poker but also in other facets of life and society. In a trailer, Boeree gave a glimpse of what her podcast is all about.
Discussions will not be limited to poker, as the retired pro is looking forward to sitting down with anyone who has an interesting perspective on how competition manifests in their world. We can expect to see her engage in meaningful conversations with actors, sports stars, business executives, philosophers, and even scientists on how they found success in their respective fields, and their best and worst experiences navigating through competition.
Boeree has yet to announce the exact launch date of her podcast but she stated that it will be released next week, and her first guest will be Molly Bloom, a former bartender who rose to prominence in the 2000s for organizing some of the biggest high-stakes poker games in the U.S. That business would later collapse as Bloom had been implicated in numerous crimes, including illegal gambling and money laundering.
Bloom, who is now an entrepreneur, speaker, and author, has since moved on from that dark chapter of her life, and in her interview with Boeree, she shares the biggest takeaways from her incredible journey.
Boeree’s Win-Win podcast will be available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other streaming channels.
