Poker Royalty & Leaf Trading Cards Partner To Launch Poker Trading Cards in 2024

Poker Royalty and Leaf Trading Cards have joined forces once again to launch a new set of poker trading cards which could be used to play an alternative poker game.

The two companies partnered back in 2011 and will once again come together to bring something new to the table in 2024.

Poker Royalty was established by top poker agent Brian Balsbaugh and represents some of the biggest names in the poker world. Leaf Trading Cards is a premier name in the sports trading card market and offers trading cards across a wide variety of popular sports.

Poker Trading Cards For 2024

The two companies are set to release a special set of poker trading cards in 2024 that will feature some of the biggest names in the industry including Poker Hall of Famers Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu and 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event winner Daniel Weinman who is an ambassador for Poker Royalty.

The exact number of poker trading cards for the new release is yet to be confirmed nor is there an exact launch date mentioned. What we do know for now is that it will be released in 2024 and some of the big names that will be on the cards.

Based on the poker trading cards that came out in 2011 (pictured above with Mike Matusow), we can expect over 200 cards to be released. The 2011 set featured a list of top poker players along with celebrity poker players. Some of these 2011 poker trading cards were purchased and then later sold on eBay.

2024 Poker Trading Cards Should Get A Lot Of Attention

Apart from the 2011 launch, Poker Royalty and Leaf Trading Cards have also worked together and released poker trading cards in 2006, 2009 and 2010. This will be the first time in over a decade that they are coming together for a new launch which is expected to get a lot more attention now that global poker community is a lot bigger.

The market for sports trading cards is huge as a popular LeBron James Triple Logoman card ended up selling for $2.4 million in June 2022. The new set of poker trading cards could be bought out in no time, so poker trading card collectors will be keeping a close watch on the launch date.
