WPT Global just announced a new promotion called “Kings of Cash” where cash game players get the chance to compete for a slice of $25,000 in extra prizes each week.

The promotion applies to No-Limit Holdem, Pot-Limit Omaha, Short Deck and Zoom cash game tables on WPT Global.

How to Join Kings of Cash on WPT Global

Kings of Cash is open to players who can play at least 100 cash games hands in one day. Every time you complete this task, WPT Global will award you a Kings of Cash ticket. You’ll receive more tickets for every 100 extra hands played during the day. The number of tickets that you collect throughout the week will count towards a leaderboard which runs from Sunday through Saturday.

The top 50 players accumulating the most Kings of Cash tickets at the end of the week will be eligible for cash prizes of between $100 and $2,000.

Those placing 40th-50th will each receive $100 and the prizes get bigger as the rank moves up. For instance, the 6-10 places are paid $700, while the 5th, 4th, 3rd, and 2nd places have corresponding prizes of $800, $1,100, $1,200, and $1,400. Claim the No. 1 spot and get the top prize worth $2,000.

On top of that, players earning two or more tickets during the week will automatically qualify for a $4,500 weekly poker freeroll.

There’s a way for you to improve your chances of winning the leaderboard and taking home the $2,000 top prize. Throughout the week, you can collect bonus tickets, called “Ironman” tickets if you manage to play at least 100 cash game hands on several days. WPT Global is awarding Ironman tickets according to the stakes played which are categorized as Micro, Mid, and High.

The more days you play at least 100 hands across these stakes, the more tickets you receive. For example, if you play at least 100 hands on three separate days during the week at micro-stakes tables, you’ll get 10 Ironman tickets. Achieve the same at Mid and High-stakes cash games and WPT Global will reward you with 20 and 50 Ironman tickets respectively.
