BetMGM Poker is giving online poker players in the US the chance to win their way to some of the key events running as part of the upcoming Borgata Poker Winter Open.

They may secure their seats for a fraction of the price via exclusive satellites available on the BetMGM platform in New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Borgata Poker Winter Open – Key Details

The Borgata Poker Winter Open runs from January 2 – 26, 2024 at the Borgata Casino in New Jersey. The series features 22 tournaments and $10,000,000 in combined guarantees, making it the largest event in Borgata’s history.

The Winter Open is headlined by four events, each carrying a seven-figure guarantee. The festival opens with the $800 buy-in, $2,000,000 GTD Kick Off (Jan 2 – 4), with the second seven-figure guarantee of the series, $1,000,000, to be awarded in the $500 buy-in Almighty Million (Jan 7 – 9).

Another $2,000,000 is on offer in the $2,200 buy-in Half a “Milly” Mystery Bounty (Jan 14 – 16), with the festival’s largest guarantee of $3,000,000 up for grabs in the $5,300 buy-in Borgata Winter Poker Open Championship (Jan 21 – 22).

Exclusive Satellites Running on BetMGM Poker

US poker players from in New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania may qualify for each of the four major events through online satellites on BetMGM Poker. Satellites for both the Kick Off and Almighty Million events are already running, which players can directly buy-in for $215. The $215 satellite takes place every Wednesday until December 27. There are feeder tournaments available as well which cost just $25 to enter.

Qualifiers for the Borgata Winter Poker Open Championship have a buy-in of $600 and are scheduled every Sunday from December 10 – January 14. Winners will each receive a Borgata Poker Travel Package which covers the $5,300 tournament buy-in and four-night hotel accommodation (Jan 21 – 25). The package also includes travel credit and a BetMGM Poker swag bag. Step satellites are available for as little as $10.
