PT888poker Launches ‘The Grand Hand’ With $1000 To Be Won Everyday
888poker is the second biggest online poker website in the world and poker players from all over the world visit 888poker to test their skills playing online poker. Now players have an opportunity to try their luck at 888poker due to a new promotion known as ‘The Grand Hand’.
If you want to switch over from using your skills to testing your luck, you can try ‘The Grand Hand’ which lets you win cash and tickets every day. 888poker has kicked of the summer season with this new promotion which commenced from June 17 and will run to August 7.
The promotion gives you two chances each day to win a scratch card that can award cash prizes up to $1,000 or a $6,000 Grand Hand Tournament Ticket.
So how does The Grand Hand promotion work? To be eligible to enter, a player must have an active 888poker account, must have made at least on real-money deposit, and must have made at least $1 bet in the last year. Those who are not yet registered with 888poker can do so and still be eligible to enter, as long as they make a real-money deposit once they sign-up.
All eligible players will be able to get the chance to win the scratch card at most twice per day. To win the scratch card, you must be able to win any real money poker game with the “Hand of the Day” that will be posted on the 888poker lobby. Eligible real money poker games include Sit & Gos or tournaments with at least $1 buy-in, or cash games with minimum stakes of $0.02/$0.05.
The “Hand of the Day” can be won in tournament and Sit & Gos even during pre-flop. In cash games, only hands that reach the post flop will be considered. The hand can be won as long as it corresponds to the “Hand of the Day” shown at the lobby, even though the win is split with another player or won through a side pot.
Grand Hand Tournament Ticket
Each scratch card wins you one out of five possible prizes: $1 cash, $10 cash, $100 cash, $1,000 cash or a $6,000 Grand Hand Tournament Ticket. Odds vary and are displayed on 888poker, but the most probable prize you can win from the scratch cards is a tournament ticket since odds of getting that is at 92.747 percent.
The Grand Hand ticket can then be used in either of the two tournaments scheduled every day: The $6,000 Grand Hand Skills Tournament every 3:30 p.m. ET or the $6,000 Grand Hand Lucky Tournament every 7:30 p.m. ET. The Grand Hand Skills Tournament plays like a normal tournament while the Grand Hand Lucky Tournament is a bit tricky and forces players to go all-in every hand.
