The schedule features a record-breaking \u20ac500,000-guaranteed Main Event, along with some exciting side events. The festival runs until October 16. <\/p>\n<p>The Festival in Bratislava takes place as part of The Festival Series which was launched in February 2021. It is not the typical poker tournament series as it also features casino and sports events. The Festival Series, which was founded by <strong>Martin \u201c<em>Franke<\/em>\u201d von Zweigbergk<\/strong>, hosted its inaugural event in Bratislava in September 2021. It was followed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.top10pokersites.net\/news\/the-tallinn-festival-series-to-feature-both-poker-and-casino-games-this-summer\">The Festival in Tallinn<\/a> in June 2022.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"the-festival-in-bratislava-2022\">The Festival in Bratislava 2022<\/h2>\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefestival.com\/the-festival-bratislava\">The Festival in Bratislava<\/a>\u201d has plenty of tournaments in store for players, including a <em>\u20ac1,100 NLH High Roller<\/em> (October 13), <em>\u20ac125 Texas Turbo Midnight Madness<\/em> (October 14), <em>\u20ac250 PLO Freezeout<\/em> (October 15), <em>\u20ac250 NL Texas Freezeout<\/em> (October 15) and <em>\u20ac250 Texas Shortdeck\/6+ Hold\u2019em<\/em> (October 16).<\/p>\n<div style=\"position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:56.25%\">\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Z_b5Zirb4zM?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0?ecver=2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Festival in Bratislava is not only limited to poker tournaments as the series also features multiple <em>Cash Game Challenges<\/em> as well as a <em>Roulette Championship<\/em> for fans of casino table games. <\/p>\n<p>The festival culminates in the Main Event which costs \u20ac550 to enter and offers \u20ac500,000 in guarantees, the largest guarantee for any \u20ac550 buy-in tournament in Slovakian history. The Main Event has five starting flights which kicked off on October 11. Day 2 is scheduled for October 15, with the winner to be crowned on October 16. <\/p>\n<p>Players can win their way into the tournament by taking part in the <em>Franke\u2019s Flip Flops<\/em> competition where they only need to win flip challenges for a chance to enter the Main Event for free. The competition will also award tickets to other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.top10pokersites.net\/blog\/most-anticipated-poker-tournaments-to-look-out-for-in-2022\">upcoming tournaments<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Player of the Festival<\/h3>\n<p>Apart from the regular prizes on offer at the series, players also get the chance to win the \u201c<em>Player of the Festival<\/em>\u201d title which will be awarded to the player who collects the highest points overall. Points will be awarded based on the buy-in, the number of entries, and the player\u2019s finishing position. The winner will receive a \u20ac1,600 package for the next stop of The Festival Series, plus automatic \u20ac1,000 entry into the next Charity Event.
