It was a heated heads-up battle between the Ukrainian and Sweden\u2019s <strong>Simon \u2018<em>Isildur1337x<\/em>\u2018 Mattson<\/strong> who held the chip lead during much of the final table only to finish second for a $135,000 payday.<\/p>\n<p>After late registration had closed, there were around 90 places that would pay out. At about the six-hour mark of the day, the players were at level 21 when \u2018<em>pullztrigger<\/em>\u2018 was sent packing on the bubble leaving the rest of the field guaranteed at least $2,600. After the bubble had popped, the play opened up and players began to fall in rapid succession. The game significantly slowed and became tighter after the tournament had been thinned out to five tables. A few hands later, \u2018<em>NumbeeerONE<\/em>\u2018 ended the day after taking a king-nine into battle with \u2018<em>wisimaki<\/em>\u2018s big slick. It was then Kamcumir\u2019s turn to leave after failing to hit a nut flush draw against a pair of queens.<\/p>\n<p>Seventh place went to \u2018<em>varonislv<\/em>\u2018 who went all-in with pocket tens. \u2018<em>Isildur1337x<\/em>\u2018 called with ace-king and a king on the turn was enough to take down the hand. Not long after, \u2018<em>Isildur1337x<\/em>\u2018 opened and was met by \u2018<em>wisimaki<\/em>\u2018 who went all-in. \u2018<em>Wisimaki<\/em>\u2018 was holding pocket fives but it was \u2018<em>Isildur1337x<\/em>\u2018 who paired his ten and took down the pot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Felipe \u2018<em>mr.salgado<\/em>\u2018 Salgado<\/strong> then fell and was followed by \u2018<em>StuntSoHard<\/em>\u2018. \u2018<em>NitGMmator<\/em>\u2018, who was playing well throughout the day, moved all-in with an ace-queen only to get sent packing by \u2018<em>Isildur1337x<\/em>\u2019s pocket rockets. It was then down to the final two players.
