Poker pros in Indiana will have reason to celebrate as <strong>Four Winds Casinos<\/strong> which is owned by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians announced that they would be adding a new poker room to their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fourwindscasino.com\/southbend\/\">Four Winds South Bend Casino in Indiana<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Four Winds Casino<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"position: relative;height: 0;padding-bottom: 56.25%\"><iframe style=\"position: absolute;width: 100%;height: 100%;left: 0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pDbFvBIJKps?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0?ecver=2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This new poker room will add to the casino\u2019s usual repertoire of bingo-based slots and will give patrons more options when it comes to table games. Casino management have stated that the plan is to build a ten-table poker room in the corner of the casino. This will displace a few slot machines, but the potential revenue for a poker room is bigger.<\/p>\n<p>Each table in this new poker room will accommodate nine players. A majority of the poker games at the tables will be <strong>No-Limit Texas Hold\u2019em and Limit Omaha<\/strong>. All of them will have low buy-ins to enable as many poker players as possible to participate.<\/p>\n<p>The Four Winds South Bend Casino has confirmed that it will not be adding any other card games like blackjack or roulette. This is because, under the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Indian_Gaming_Regulatory_Act\">Indian Gaming Regulatory Act<\/a>, the casino is classified as a Class II Casino. This means that no games on the premises may be \u2018<em>against the house<\/em>\u2019. Poker is an exception because instead of the house, players are betting against each other, with casino only acting as a facilitator.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"poker-room-addition-by-customer-demand\">Poker Room Addition By Customer Demand<\/h2>\n<p>The casino decided to commission the addition of the poker room in response to the demand of its patrons.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Guests have absolutely been asking for poker since we first announced our opening.
