""Virtue Poker, an upcoming online poker website that will run with cryptocurrency is preparing to make waves in the fall 2018 and is forming partnerships with some of the top names in the poker industry.

The online poker website recently announced that it has signed Poker Hall of Famer (PHoF) Phil Ivey who joins Brian Rast & Dan Colman as its new consultant and advisor.

Phil Ivey is one of the greatest poker players in history having been inducted to the Poker Hall of Fame in July 2017. His credentials speak for themselves as the poker pro has spent the last two decades playing poker and has amassed over $24 million in lifetime career earnings, a World Poker Tour (WPT) title and 10 World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets.

Ivey has kept a low profile in recent years and has avoided the poker circuit in America as far as possible, preferring to play in online poker rooms and on the Asian poker circuit. One of the reasons for this is because for the last four years, he has been tied up with high-profile legal disputes with Crawfords Club in London and Borgata Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. The two casinos have filed a lawsuit against Ivey for using an illegal technique known as edge sorting to beat the house and win millions.
