Fresh details have emerged regarding the lawsuit filed by Australian poker pro Matthew Kirk<\/strong> against the Czech casino owner and poker pro Leon Tsourkernik<\/a> for failing to repay a loan of around $3 million. <\/p>\n Kirk\u2019s lawyers have claimed that the loan was based on the understanding that the money would be repaid.<\/p>\n The dispute has its origins in a cash game being played by Tsoukernik at ARIA Resort & Casino<\/strong> which was funded by loans from Kirk. <\/p>\n Kirk gave the money in form of casino chips to Tsoukernik in various increments namely $500,000, $500,000, $1,000,000<\/em> and finally $1,000,000<\/em> totalling to $3 million between 4.34am and 5.46am on May 27, 2017.<\/p>\n
