Poker Central Launches Special INSIDERS Documentary Series

Poker Central has aired its new documentary series called ‘INSIDERS: Super High Roller Bowl 2018‘. The first episode was aired on May 10 and those who missed out will still have a chance to check it out. This new series was produced by Poker Central in cooperation with the full-service digital video agency CakeWorks. Viewers will be able to watch the new documentary on PokerGO.

This new series features three professional poker players as they prepare for the 2018 Super High Roller Bowl, which is set to take place at the ARIA from May 27 to 30.

The subjects of the documentary are Daniel Negreanu, Seth Davies and Brandon Adams. The Super High Roller Bowl has a buy-in of $300,000 and features a total of 48 players.

Tournament organizers selected 30 of these players via a lottery based system. The remaining 18 players are VIP entrants selected by Poker Central and the ARIA casino. Daniel Negreanu was chosen via the lottery. Adams and Davies received honorary invites by being chosen as two of the VIP entrants.

The series will have a total of seven episodes and is being produced by Emmy award winner Jesse Cook. The first episode can be watched on Poker Central’s YouTube channel for a limited period of time. Episodes will be released on a weekly basis leading to the Super High Roller Bowl.

Each of the episodes will feature a look at how each of the three players prepares for this prestigious event in the poker world. There are a lot of mental and physical preparations that each player will undertake. For example, Davies likes to prepare for tournaments by physical training with boxing champ Shawn Porter.

Poker Central will give viewers an extraordinary level of access to the preparations of these players, both off and on the poker table.

This new show is one of the latest poker shows to be launched on PokerGO. Some of the other recent shows to launch include ‘Super High Roller Club‘, which premiered back in February and ‘Stories from the Felt‘.

‘Super High Roller Club‘ showcased the lives of some of poker’s greatest and richest players such as Nick Schulman and Antonio Esfandiari and Nick Schulman while ‘Stories from the Felt‘ was a series with six episodes that highlighted stories from poker history.
