With the help of the #GrowPAPoker campaign, poker players in Pennsylvania have asked the state to enter the Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement that authorizes the pooling of online poker players.

While still waiting for the historical decision that would give the green light to the shared liquidity agreement, PA players have a few big live events to consider joining. Among them, the Live! Cup 3 and the Philadelphia Poker Championship

$600 Buy-In Live! Cup 3 at Philly Live! Poker Room

The Live! Cup 3 event features a $600 buy-in, counts six starting flights, and has a spectacular $1 million guarantee.

The event, which started on May 15 and will end on May 19, features Day 1 flights in Philadelphia as well as at Live! Casino Hotel Maryland.

Flight survivors will engage in battles for the $1 million guaranteed prize pool on Day 2 at the same hotel location.

Initial blinds will start with blinds at 100/100/100 25-minute levels on Day 1. Players will carry 30,000 chips. The blinds will go up to 40 minutes on Day 2.

The Philly Live! Poker Room will also host the $250 Road to Riches with a $150,000 guarantee as well as the $200 bounty event that will gesture a guarantee of $8,000.

$2,200 buy-in Philadelphia Poker Championship

The event will take place at Rivers Casino Philadelphia between May 24-26 and it will feature a $2,200 buy-in Main Event and display a guarantee of $200,000.

The events’ two starting flights will take place before Day 2 and they will play to a winner.

On Day 1, flights will begin with players carrying 40,000 chips. The blinds will be set at 100/200/200, with 40-minute levels on Day 1 followed by increased 60-minute levels on Day 2.

Players can also look forward to a few $250 buy-in satellites that will run throughout the remainder of the month for the opportunity to win a Main Event seat.
