Chance Kornuth puts Las Vegas mansion for saleSummary

  • The poker pro is selling his six-bedroom, seven-bath Las Vegas mansion for $3.5 million
  • The asking price is reportedly more than double the property’s original price
  • Kornuth is currently preparing for the WPT Choctaw final table action on May 26

Chance Kornuth has achieved considerable success in his poker career, having amassed close to $10 million in total live earnings, around $800,000 of that he won this year.

But apart from doing very well in the game he loves, the American poker pro is taking his chance on another endeavor – real estate.

Kornuth recently listed his Las Vegas mansion on the market with an asking price of $3.5 million. The Chip Leader Coaching founder acquired the property back in 2018. The construction of the luxurious two-story home was completed a year later.

Modern Villa with a Beautiful View of The Strip

The mansion lies on a 6,000 square-feet area within a private community a few miles south of The Strip. Located right behind the popular Southern Highlands Golf Club, the six-bedroom, seven-bath property comes with a huge kitchen equipped with pro-style appliances, a four-car garage, an interior balcony and catwalk, and a stone fireplace.

The mansion also includes a wet bar and wine-storage closet and a rooftop viewing deck that offers a magnificent view of the Las Vegas Strip. The property’s full list of features and amenities alongside a 3D tour of the mansion are available on the website of Las Vegas luxury real estate experts Ivan Sher Group.

Information from the Nevada Secretary of State Business Registration confirms that the mansion currently belongs to Kornuth.

The three-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner declared the property as his home address in 2018 when he registered the CLC Staking Fund LLC, a limited liability firm that he previously managed and is now dissolved.

Kornuth also listed the same address when he registered his training site Chip Leader Coaching in Florida. If the luxurious mansion is successfully sold for its listed asking price, Kornuth will get more than twice the original cost of the property.

Kornuth Looking to Win WPT Choctaw Title

Meanwhile, as Kornuth looks for a buyer for his Las Vegas home, he is also preparing for the finale of the World Poker Tour (WPT) Choctaw $3,800 buy-in Main Event.

Kornuth managed to reach the final table of the tournament alongside other prominent names such as Kristen Foxen (Alex Foxen’s wife), Ray Qartom and James Mackey. The final action takes place on May 26 at Luxor’s HyperX Esports Arena, Las Vegas.
