Unibet Open Ski-Edition Sinaia It is always fun and unique when a poker operator decides to promote a themed poker tournament.

Unibet Open has decided to do just this by announcing its Unibet Open Ski-Edition Sinaia which is scheduled to be the operator’s first ever Sinai winter-sports festival.

Unibet Open is set to commence its 12th season with its Sinaia tour stop that will run from Feb 12 to 17. Poker action will start every day at 2 pm in order to give players the morning off, so that they can enjoy some great skiing action.

For those who are not familiar with the tourist friendly Sinaia, this fabulous ski friendly resort is found in Romania and has some great slopes. We will give you a little more information on Sinaia and its attractions a little later in the article as we first need to look at the poker tournament schedule.

PokerFest Romania which helped Unibet Open with its Unibet Open Bucharest festival for the last two years will team up with the brand to organize the Sinaia edition of the tournament. The tournament will start with three by invitation only events.

The first is the Battle of the Champions which takes place on Feb 12, followed by the Tag Team Championship on Feb 13 and then the Unibet Esports Battle Royale also taking place on Feb 13. The flagship event will be the Unibet Open Ski-Edition Sinaia Main Event which has a €1,100 buy-in. The Main Event will commence with three opening flights on Feb 13 and 14 and action will continue for another 3 days until a champion emerges.

Some of the other popular events scheduled include the €2,200 High Roller event, €330 SuperStack, €550 Unibet DSO Cup and a special only €90 #QUEENRULES Ladies Event.

Enjoy Fun Times In Sinaia

Poker players who are like the slopes or want to show their families a good time, will enjoy Sinaia. The resort where the tournament is taking place is known as the Pearl of the Carpathian mountains and is less than 80 kms away from Bucharest, the capital of Romania.

When it comes to the slopes, there are 20 kms of ski slopes and nearly 5 kms or ski routes. There are also other fun things to do in Sinaia and these include checking out popular tourist attractions such as the Saint Anne Cliffs and the Sinaia Monastery.
