GGPoker Announces New Three-Way Partnership To Grow Brand Presence

GGPoker’s roster of ambassadors continues to get more impressive! After signing up French poker pro and e-sports master Bertrand “ElkY” Gospellier, the poker room has announced yet another exciting addition to Team GGPoker.

This time around GGPoker has signed the former world No. 1 tennis pro Boris Becker.

Becker will represent the brand in upcoming tournaments around the world both live and online, starting with the WSOP Online Super Circuit Series which is set to take place from May 3 – 31 at GGPoker. The six-time Grand Slam winner is the first poker-playing celebrity to wear the GGPoker patch. He formerly joined partypoker as brand ambassador back in 2016.

The German tennis legend said he was thrilled to represent the very best poker platform and was looking forward to getting in on the action and compete with players all over the globe. The 57-year-old is excited to take part in the forthcoming WSOP Super Circuit Online Series and is eager to win a highly-coveted WSOP Circuit ring to add to his Grand Slam trophies.

Apart from Becker’s addition to the GGPoker family, the site also announced a new partnership with Europe’s largest card room King’s Casino.

Becker will also be representing King’s as part of the fresh link-up, providing exciting possibilities for both brands. GGPoker, one of Asia’s leading online operators, has continued to expand its brand presence to other regions, while King’s Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic has turned into a top live poker venue in Europe in recent years.

GGPoker’s Jean-Christophe Antoine said the latest partnership with both Becker and King’s is more proof of how fast the brand is continuing to grow. King’s Resort owner Leon Tsoukernik praised GGPoker for its incredibly innovative but user-friendly software. Becker may already have retired from tennis, but he still keeps himself busy by engaging in multiple activities including poker. He won his first-ever live cash at the European Poker Tour (EPT) Monte Carlo back in 2008. The German tennis legend currently has $111,416 in total live earnings.

Becker will kick off his GGPoker sponsorship deal in the WSOP Super Circuit Online Series, joining fellow ambassadors Grospellier, Daniel Negreanu, Bryn Kenney and Felipe Ramos who are all part of Team GGPoker.
