The schedule features various poker variants, such as No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, 8-Game Mix, Open Face Chinese Pineapple and Sviten Special. Players can enter the festival for as low as €60, with the highest buy-in set at €3,000.

There will be satellites available both live and online, allowing players to enter some of the events for a fraction of the price.

Live satellites will run at the Olympic Casino Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Latvia, while players can take part in online satellites on OlyBet Poker and GGPoker.

The festival culminates in the €1,100 Main Event which comes with a huge €500,000 guarantee. The tournament takes place from March 1-5 and features three Day 1 flights. Players sit down with a 30,000 starting stack played to 60-minute levels on the first two flights, and 30-minute levels during the third flight.

Participants will have lots of chances to compete for a share of the $500K guarantee, with the tournament allowing unlimited re-entries until the start of Level 2 on Day 2.

Kings of Tallinn Main Event Previous Winners

The Main Event has always been the main highlight of the Kings of Tallinn Festival since it started in 2015 but it is not every year that the tournament features a $500K guarantee. The last time it did was in 2020, and the huge field smashed that figure after generating €640,300 in total prize pool. The top honors ultimately went to Johan Karlsson from Sweden who won the tournament for €126,900.

The first-ever Kings of Tallinn Main Event champion was Estonian player Ranno Sootla who took down the inaugural event in 2015 for €37,330. Sweden’s Johan Creutz won the event the following year for €52,200, with Finland’s Matias Knaapinen clinching the title in 2017 for €45,007.

Other past champions include Finland’s Juha Helppi (2018, €62,000), Latvia’s Vitalijis Zavorotnijs (2019, €85,300), Italy’s Claudio Di Giacomo (2021, €58,440) and Australia’s Adam Kharman (2022, €64,280).
