888poker Heads to Barcelona As 2023 LIVE Tour Takes Place From May 10 to 22

888poker is hosting a live series in Barcelona as part of its 2023 LIVE tour. Running from May 10-22, the famous stop is expected to once again attract plenty of players from all over the world, including some of the best players in the game.

The Catalonian capital has been included as one of the stops of the 888poker LIVE tour since 2017, though the tour took a break in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

888poker LIVE Barcelona takes place from May 10-22 at Casino Barcelona and features a total of 18 events with buy-ins ranging from €50 to €5,300.

The schedule includes nine events costing less than €100 to enter, including the €50 Mini Shot Turbo (May 14), €55 The Ladies Event (May 21), €66 888poker Made to Play (May 17), €77 The Turbo Deepstack (May 17) and €88 The Mayhem (May 12).

Poker Satellites are running throughout the series as well, through which players can qualify for the key events for a fraction of the price, including the main highlight of the festival, the €1,100 Main Event. Players can secure a seat into the tournament via super satellites for only €110. The satellites get underway on May 17.

High-Stakes Events

The schedule offers plenty of affordable events but those who love high-stakes action have multiple tournaments to choose from as well, such as the highest-buy-in event of the series, the €5,300 Super High Roller which runs from May 15-17. There’s also a €2,200 High Roller taking place from May 16-18.

Players may also take a shot at the €333 buy-in Mystery Bounty event on May 16 and the €330 buy-in The Big Shot on May 21.

The €5,300 Super High Roller was won in 2022 by Dan “Jungleman” Cates, while Warren Aspey took home the €2,200 High Roller title.

Of course, players shouldn’t miss the €1,100 Main Event which features four starting flights. The tournament kicks off on May 17, with the final action scheduled for May 22. The reigning 888poker LIVE Barcelona Main Event champion is Italy’s Sandro Silvano Hauser.
